The XO Method
Most people think they have to choose between coaching quality and affordable cost. 1:1 PT gives you the attention but is hard to sustain. Classes are affordable but nobody's really watching. XOPT is the third option: expert coaching in a structured group of six, so you get the results of personal training without the price tag that makes consistency impossible.
Every session is professionally programmed, coached in real time and tracked week on week. Nothing is random. Nothing is repeated without purpose. And because we cap every group at six, there's nowhere to hide, which is exactly why it works.
STEP 01
Every member starts with a 1-1 consultation. We take the time to fully understand where you are, what you want to achieve and what's got in the way before. You start with a plan built around you, not a generic template.
STEP 02
Your programme is built around your baseline and gets progressively harder as you get stronger. The load, volume and complexity all move forward with you. Nothing stays the same for the sake of it.
STEP 03
We track your numbers every session. At the end of your first six weeks you'll see exactly how far you've come: strength, body composition via InBody scan, and how sessions feel compared to day one. Real data. Not just a feeling.

About XO Fitness
We opened our first gym in 2013 because we were frustrated with what the fitness industry kept getting wrong. Overcrowded classes where nobody checks your form. 1:1 PT that people can't afford to keep up. Generic programmes that don't account for real life.
XO was built as a direct response to all of that: a coaching environment where standards are non-negotiable, groups are capped at six and every member is known by name from day one.

"I can't really afford personal training..."

Sessions are 55-60 minutes. We're open all day Monday to Friday and weekend mornings, so whether you train at 6am before work, on your lunch break or after the school run, there's a session that fits. If you have an hour twice a week, you have enough time to train properly.
"I'm not sure I'm fit enough to start..."
This is exactly backwards. You don't get fit to start training. You start training to get fit. Most XO members had never lifted a weight seriously before joining. The 6-Week Challenge is specifically designed for people at the beginning, or people who've lost their way.
"What if I have an injury or a physical limitation?"
We work around them. Every movement in every session can be adjusted individually. You won't be left to figure it out on your own or told to sit it out.
